The first step in this workflow is “Review and Publish”. Essentially, when someone submits an article to the workflow, it will go to “Review and Publish” step. The reviewer will review the contents. If he/she likes it they will be able to publish the article.
If they want further changes, they will reject it and it will go to “Author Assignment” step.
In the “Author Assignment” step, the author/submitter will make changes and sign off the task to go back to the “Review and Publish” step.
