Configure your work flow using the easy drag and drop designer interface. Drag and drop the desired processes, connect them with appropriate success and failure paths, right click menus, pop-up attributes and more. Even complex workflows are easy to create with Oasis Workflow.
Role-Based routing
Role-Based routing definitions allow you to assign tasks dynamically
Eliminate the bottlenecks caused by using named resources in the approval process. By using role-based routing, you can ensure that your process moves forward as quickly as possible without sacrificing accountability.
Inbox
Inbox

Inbox is the heart of the end user experience in Oasis Workflow. The inbox is designed to be as simple to use and as familiar as an E-mail inbox. Users can view their current assignments and sign off their tasks once it's completed.
Reminders
Due Date and Email reminders help you to publish your articles on time
Set due dates for tasks to ensure that the assignments and reviews are completed on time. Set email reminders to ensure your users know what they need to do and when to keep your processes moving.
Process history
Process history lets users retrace their steps
For auditing purposes a record is maintained of all records that are routed through a workflow process. You can view a list of all user-initiated actions in the workflow process, for example, submitting a post into a workflow, or completing an assignment, or reassigning a task. The process history also captures the comments added by the user when they signed off the particular task.
Reassign
Reassign – How to pass the buck?

What if you have been assigned a workflow task, but you feel you are not the appropriate person to complete it? No worry, you can assign the task to another person. Just click the Reassign link, and designate someone else. That person will then receive a task in the form of an e-mail message. And, most importantly, the Workflow history will show it with the new person assigned.
Claim
Claim your task

You can assign workflow tasks to one or more individuals. Typically, assignment and publish process are assigned to a single individual, while review process can be assigned to multiple users. In some cases, an assignment or a publish step might get assigned to multiple individuals. In such cases the individual who is going to work on the task can claim the task. Oasis Workflow will only show the "Claim" option if it finds a conflict in task assignment.
Abort Workflow
Abort workflow

If for some reason the administrator wants to exit the post/page from the workflow, the administrator can abort the workflow from the post/page.
